General Rule / Information

1. Student will have to follow the school rules and regulations strictly. Any violation may be ended in student expulsion form the school.
2. Student must give due regards to schoolmates and proper respect to teachers.
3. Students must come to the school in proper uniform.
4. The students must make their presence at the school campus well in time.
5. Latecomers will not be allowed to enter the school. Parents should accompany if student comes late.
6. The student without proper uniform will be fined QR 10. Per day. If a student does not obey the instructions regarding uniform then he will be dismissed form the school.
7. The students are not allowed to keep mobile phones at any cost. The violator will be fined QR 100.00 after warning and second time, mobile phone will not be returned.
8. Each student must have his/her diary and it should be brought to the school every day.
9. Personal cleanliness is expected from all the students. Uncombed hair will not be permitted. Long hair and zany haircut will not be entertained.
10. Running, playing and shouting inside the school building is forbidden. Any violation in this regard student will be fine QR. 10.
11. No student will leave the school premises without the permission of principal / Vice principal /Headmistress.
12. Students are not allowed to bring CDs/DVDs/MP3 Players/ Audio Caste etc.
13. Any kind of damage done to the school property will have to be made good.
14. Students should not throw any waste material, Papers, Bottles etc in the school premises. They must use the dustbins for this purpose.

Parents are expected to follow the rules and regulations for a healthy atmosphere of the school.

1. Parents are expected that their child/children must reach the school earlier than 10 minutes before the school timings.
2. They are requested to send their child/ children in proper uniform and in time to the School.
3. They should send their child/children coming to school with necessary books and stationary items. They should observe the school discipline and participate actively in school activities.
4. The school will be sending notice /reports and messages whenever it is necessary. Parents are requested to give attention to them, sign them and return to the School if necessary.
5. Parents are not allowed to meet their child/children during the School hours without permission.
6. Male parents are not allowed to enter the Girls wing without permission.
7. Parents are requested not to send their child/children to school if they are medically unfit.
8. Parents are advised to make use of suggestion boxes for suggestions.

1. Parents / Students have to submit a written application for leave.
2. Application for medical leave should be supported by medical certificates.
3. Absence without permission should be avoided.
4. If a student remains absent form the class for 15 days his/her name will be removed form the roll. Such student will be re-admitted after paying re-admission fee.
5. During examination leave will not be granted. In case of illness medical certificate is required.

Student can be expelled from the school on the following grounds.

1. If a student remains absent from the class continually for a week without any intimation He/She will be struck off.
2. Behaviour of the students for which teacher lodges a complaint regarding misbehaving with a teacher, fight of serious nature with class fellows which may result in some serious injuries.
3. If the student does not pay the school fee/ dues for the period of two month he/she will be struck off.
4. Objectionable/ obscene materials in any format are totally prohibited. Students having such materials will be struck off.

1. Library card will be issued to every student.
2. Library books will be issued to the students of class 5th in the presence of the teacher who is accompanying them in library.
3. Books will be issued to the student of classes 6th to 8th during library periods.
4. Every member of the library should bring his/her membership card while visiting the library.
5. The students shall utilize library periods for reading magazines.
6. Students should observe discipline inside the library.
7. Only one book will be issued to a student at a time.
8. Students shall handle the book carefully. In case any damage done to the book(s), a fine of QR.10 will be charged.
9. The students will have to pay the cost of the book in case it is lost.
10. If any member loses library card he/she will report to the librarian for the duplicate one.
11. Library books are issued for a period of two weeks (15 Days).

1. There will be a monthly test during the last weak of each month .10% of each M.T will be carried to the final exam.
2. Apart from monthly test during academic session three exams will be conducted as follows.

1st term - Month of July
2nd term – Month of December
3rd term (Final) – Month of March

1. Final result will be prepared on the basis of performance of the student in M.Ts + Term exams + Final exam.

We focus on the character building of the students by providing them opportunities to participate actively, such as in sports and games, debates, speeches, quiz programmes etc. Intra- houses and inter – houses competitions are held in this regard. During the academic session a sports week is held usually in the month of December to enable the students to refresh themselves and rejoice themselves by leaving their hectic schedule of studies
For co-curricular activities we have divided students from all the classes in four different houses.
(i) Jinnah House/ Amna House (ii) Iqbal House/ Aysha House
(iii) Nishtar House / Fatima House (iv) Liaqat House / Khadija House
Incharge teachers regularly hold intra- house activities to prepare students for Speeches, debates and Qirat competitions. Students are also provided opportunities to take part in games like Football, Cricket and volleyball. Quiz programmes are also held to make students aware about basics knowledge of Science, History and the World.
Participation of the students in co- curricular activities enhances their creativity and other abilities to face the challenges of life with confidence.

The School uniform form Sunday to Thursday will be as follows.
(a) Summer Uniform for girls:
KG I to 3rd class: Gray skirt + white shirt + maroon tie with lining + white legging/ white socks + black socks + black shoes
Class 4th to 5th: Gray apron + white shirt + white shalwar + white v ( only for 5th Class)
Class 6th to 8th : Gray apron + white shirt + white shalwar + white half duppatta.
Class 9th to 10th Gray apron + white shirt + white shalwar + white full duppatta
1st year White shalwar kameez + Navy duppatta + black shoes & socks
2nd year White shalwar kameez + Light purple duppatta
Winter Uniform:
For Girls Maroon blazer + Gray sweater
(b) Summer Uniform for Boys:
Smoky gray trouser + White shirt + gray tie with maroon lining + black shoes & socks.
